- Perform cleaning duties in the guestrooms, outer area [hallways, lobby etc.]
- Maintain a very clean atmosphere for all our guests.
- Responsible for restocking guest room items.
- Setting the bed and getting the room ready for next guest

- Prior hotel housekeeping/maid experience
- Must be able to work various hours.
- Attention to details

The Ideal candidate for this position is able to focus on providing resourceful, teamwork and friendly service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
General Responsibilities
- Takes restaurant guests food and beverage items orders.
- Delivers orders in a timely, enthusiastic and professional manner.
- Maintain the restaurant/bar condition, tables and station set up.
- Controls guest payments.
- Sustains close and clear communication with the culinary team to ensure guests’ satisfaction
General Requirements
- Must have exceptional knowledge of food and beverage industry
- Must be able to explain and answer any menu related questions.
- Must be able to deliver exceptional guest service exceeding all guests’ expectations in a positive manner
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Available to work varied-shifts including weekends
- Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- 3 year minimum experience in serving food and beverage in a luxury environment.
- Front Desk Agent | Ivy Boutique Hotel Chicago

The Ideal candidate for this position must be luxury service minded, courteous and cordial to surpass our guest’s expectations and leave them with a memorable stay at the IVY Hotel. Front desk agent must be able to work standing up for majority of their shift, and must be flexible with hours. Minimum 3-year experience in similar position or hospitality degree is required.
General Responsibilities
- Checks guests in and out, and completes all guests’ transactions.
- Responds to telephone and in person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
- Places room service orders via hotel computer system.
Follows up on inquiries to ensure complete guest satisfaction. - Promotes and sells special hotel programs
- Handles cash & Credit payment/ Maintaining house bank.
- Performs any other job related duties as assigned.
General Requirements
- Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks and work in fast –paced environment.
- Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with team members, sales team and department managers.
- Prior customer service experience is required;
- Pleasant in person and telephone demeanor.
Knowledge of basic PC skills - Microsoft/Excel experience a plus.
- Minimum 3 year front desk agent experience is required
