LATE CHECKOUTS: Departures past standard checkout time are subject to $50 surcharge until 3PM; half day rate until 6PM; and full night rate for checkouts after 6PM.
CANCELLATIONS: Must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid any charges. Reservations booked with hotel's advance/ non refundable rate are not included in this policy. Late cancellations, early check outs and/or modifications are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to first night of room and tax. Failure to show up to the hotel will result in a no show fee equivalent to first night of room and tax.
BOOKINGS: All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. A $100.00 per day authorization will be placed on your credit card ($250 for stays exceeding 3 nights) at check in to cover any incidental charges. Guest settling accounts with credit cards that were validated during check in, are not required to contact the front desk again as charge will be billed automatically to your credit card company. Based on your purchases, Multiple Authorizations (holds) will be placed on your credit card account. Some Credit cards issuers may take up to 30 days to release authorization from your account. The length of time may take is not determined by Ivy Hotel, therefore releases policies vary by issuer. For further information please contact your credit card issuer.
DEBIT/CHECK CARD NOTICE: Use of a debit/check card as security deposit or payment for your room immediately places a hold on funds in your checking account. The amount of the authorization/hold requested is $250.00 plus any amount owed for room and tax. Your financial institution may continue to hold these funds for three to five business days after you check out. The hotel cannot accept responsibility for overdraft charges resulting from holds placed on debit/check card accounts.
HOTEL POLICY: Only 2 guests total may occupy a room with a king or queen bed. Guestroom with 2 queen beds can have a maximum of 4 guests. Additional guests are subject to a $250.00 per person charge. All guests must be registered at the hotel. Guests whom are not registered and found on premise will be asked to leave and a penalty of $250.00 per person will be assessed. This hotel is a non–smoking property. If violated, a cleaning fee of $250.00 per night will be assessed. Hotel guest also jointly and severely acknowledge being fully responsible and liable for any damages done to hotel. Hotel provides light cleaning services during guest stay and anything considered in excess will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee.
SHIPPING/HANDLING/STORAGE: If it is necessary to ship materials to the Hotel prior to the start of your stay each item must be properly addressed to the hotel with the guest name and arrival date. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse acceptance of packages that appear to be damaged and assumes no liability for the condition of the contents of any package. Due to limited storage space, any packages arriving before the guest will be charged a one-time fee of $5 per package.
